I saw this picture and I really had to make this one Cosplay Girl Of The Week. What makes this cosplayer portrayal of Mimarin from Perfect Blue so good is the atmosphere. The simple use of lighting and the way her expression is in the mirror really gives you the psychological feel. Great job.
