Recap
As we last left our motley crew, Pike had a nightmare that could be a vision of a new threat that may be coming or staying at a mysterious emerald castle on the water. Our heroes set off separately to find more information about this castle and perhaps the entity that may have started the trouble...
Pike, Scanlan, Vex, and Vax, made their way to Lady Kima's residence. Vax knocked on the door three times before the huge wooden doors opened. Standing in the entryway was Lady Kima in a long light blue silk dress, that was form fitting to her body. The group was stunned and .rightfully so. She always seemed to have her battle armor on, even at council meetings. Her hair, normally in a long fish tail fashion, is loose. Her hair falls over her shoulders and single local flower is within her hair. The look on the group's face was priceless. Lady Kima was turning a shade of pink as the group keeps on staring at her. Lady Kima wanted the group to say anything than to keep looking at her. The flustered and shock Scanlan couldn't make out any words and the twins Vex and Vax stood as statues. It was up to Pike to speak for the group. Pike asked if Lady Kima had time to talk and Lady Kima made a gesture to her outfit. Pike gulped and apologize for interrupting however it is an important question they must ask.
Lady Kima sighed and asked what this question might be...under one minute. Pike quickly explained her vision and asked if there was a name to the emerald castle she saw. Lady Kima ponders for about a second and said that she heard of something like that in passing with a few of the council members. It seems as if this castle appeared out of nowhere east of here. Pike asked if she heard it was surrounded by a huge lake. Lady Kima shrugs and says that she only heard about the castle in passing and nothing else. However, Lady Kima suggested that a local huntsman came over from the east and is here in town to drop off his bounty. She suggests to Pike that they should start at the Quiet Mountain Tavern. Pike thanked Lady Kima and Lady Kima returned the gesture with a little smile and wave and called out to the departing and wide eyed companions to next time send a messenger before coming into her place of dwelling again.
Meanwhile Tiberius is in the study hall of Graystone Keep, trying to piece together the mysterious dwelling that was known only as the emerald castle. From what he has gathered, the castle lies east of their current standing. He tried looking into the arcane books to see if there was any magical ties to the castle. None were found and so Tiberius kept searching, eventually coming to the conclusion that maybe the castle is depicted in folklore or children stories. He found a book that he hadn't noticed before. Its very large in size and thick with 1000 pages or more. Tiberius knew that reading this will take him all day or all week, depending on if his short attention span could be tamed long enough to read. And since Tiberius can overlook the most simplest of things like looking into the index and see if he could find keywords to find what he's looking for, he spent about two hours searching for the story that would help him. After hour two, he stumbles upon an old nursery rhyme that may hold some answers to the questions the group is having.
As Tiberius was reading away, Keyleth, Grog, and, Percy are at a tavern known as "The Quiet Mountain", questioning about the castle. Well that is to say, that Keyleth and Percy are asking around. Grog is at the bar, drinking what looks like a mug on steroids, as people around him are chanting either his name or the deviation of chug instead of Grog. Grog only converses with things that are a part of his namesake so the questions that he has for anyone around him, is only asked in his mind and even with that may be drowned by the casks of ale. Percy asked many drunkards who only wanted a drink for information and Keyleth was quite....uncomfortable to say the least. Awkward in conversations already she had not been at a bar that was this rowdy before and occasionally she would look over to find Grog, who seems to make himself at home with everyone else. "The Quite Mountain" was not living up to the name and Keyleth wondered if the tavern's name was to convey a sort of irony.
Suddenly Vex, Vax, Scanlan, and Pike walked in and saw how lively it was. Surely one of these people will have other information. Then they locked eyes with Keyleth and Percy and both groups (except for Grog) convened at a table and started telling the others about what they found. Keyleth and Percy agreed that the bar here is full of drunkards and no one would remember the question that they asked anyway. Pike told Keyleth and Percy about their interesting encounter with Lady Kima and that they only had the direction to base their mystery location and also someone in this bar knows about the castle. Pike looked at her hands, downtrodden that this bar where they needed to find the man, was either too drunk or at another tavern. Grog has no idea of this meeting and continues to drink from this massive mug (he is gong to have the longest pee in history at this point in time).
Then a human man walked away from the spectacle Grog was giving from the bar. He wore big gold armor which looked very nice from afar. However as the twins looked closer, the seemingly gold armor looks dulled. Dents are scattered across his breastplate. On closer inspection, dry blood is smeared all over armor which has made the vibrant gold to a almost ruby color. The smell that is emitting from him seem fresh. Fresh sweat and blood. The human man looks at Vox Machina and Vex asks if they could chat, maybe buy him a drink. The man looked at the group from Vex down, looked at Pike and stopped. His emerald eyes met her blue ones and for only a second, Pike could see a hint of recognition and pity. He nods towards Pike and sat down next to Vex.
To be continued in Chapter 3.
Hello everyone. The month of October is the time when the leaves fall and change color, the air gets crisper, I get sick with allergies because of the change of weather, hot chocolate, tea, and of course Halloween specials, anime, (maybe) video games, and cosplay. Here are my top picks of spending down time during the month of Halloween. Enjoy. ^-^
Halloween Town and Pridelands- Kingdom Hearts II
Some people may have seen this one coming. Its no secret that the Kingdom Hearts series is my favorite series in video games (next to Sly Cooper). Whenever I visit the Pridelands I feel so happy and free. Yes the Pridelands is not really a "Halloween" trope though I can argue that the Elephant Graveyard and the lands itself, give off that dark, Halloween feel, since its barren and gray. Plus the boss you fight on your second visit was pretty cool. Halloween Town speaks for itself, for Sora, Donald, and Goofy's outfits are perfect and the Heartless in the level also fit within the spooky theme.
Ghost Hunt & Ghost Stories
That smirk though... ^-^
So in the early days of O & G, one of my first anime reviews was Ghost Hunt ( I may do a revised one since have grown in my reviewing capabilities). I would definitely put this anime on the list of the most underrated animes that I love. If you are okay with gore and eriee, spooky ghosts, then this is for you. Voice acting is top notch and the mystery of a certain main character, perhaps is the greatest mystery of all (I'm looking at you Naru!) On the flip side, if you want a horror anime with alot of humor try sinking your fangs into Ghost Stories. Trust me the voice acting in this one is hilarious and the story behind the weird dialogue and plot line of the anime, is also funny as well.
Hocus Pocus/Halloween Town/House of Mouse Halloween/Nightmare Before Christmas
Disney, Disney, Disney. I cannot make a list like this and forget to put Disney. Yes this is a lot and yes my nostalgia is showing. I couldn't resist and admit, some of these movies you may have seen many years ago.
So first we have Hocus Pocus. 25 years ago this movie came onto our T.V sets and left a spell unto many of our childhoods. Hocus Pocus was indeed a great joy to watch. Binx was always my favorite and the song "Come Little Children" is one of my favorite Halloween songs that are out there. The sisters are great, quirky, characters and the plot isn't so bad for an early Disney movie. I can see the 90's logo for when a movie was about to come on. Kids jumping over Mickey's ears and the logo saying Disney Channel Original. Good times. Good times.
Next we have Halloween Town. The first is probably my favorite one of the series. I think once the kids went off to high school/college, it didn't feel the same as the first. I always get hyped whenever it came on Disney Channel and I was always intrigued with the concept of having a town that was Halloween 24/7. Ok, yes Nightmare Before Christmas did have that as well but it wasn't as vibrant or colorful as Halloween Town.
Remember the show The House of Mouse? No? Well it was a show on Disney channel that gathered all Disney characters (all the characters except for the new ones from 2009 on). It showed animated shorts and had a Christmas special too. The Halloween special was awesome and it filed my heart with glee as I watched it.
Scooby-Doo and the Witches Ghost and Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island
In my opinion, these were the best two Scooby-Doo movies that I remembered from my childhood that really held the essence of what a Scooby-Doo movie is. *Spoilers* The two movies actually involve real life monsters and provide much more scares and imagination than just dudes in masks. Plus, as I remember, these two movies have villains that are women.
And Finally....COSPLAY!!!!
Me at Otakon this past August as Fem-Link
This cosplayer was from Anime Mid-Atlantic in 2012. She was awesome and she's Ichinose Tokiya from Uta No Prince Sama 1000%
Enough said about cosplaying. I love it and during Halloween, its the perfect time to get your costume on.
What's your Halloween tradition or picks? Let me know in the comments.
Halloween Rules!!!!

Read MoreHey O&G Fans, during last weeks New York Comic Con, we were invited to check out 505 Games Fall preview event. They showcased four games, The Guest, Adrift, Indivisible, and How To Survive 2.
Team Madrid's chilling first person exploration game filled with puzzles, secrets and riddles. This game was pretty good. You have to solve puzzles to get out of each room, that really challenge you, starting easy at first, then working your brain hard to figure it out. With beautifully rendered environments, it give you a feel of the classic looking hotel while amercing you in the game play. For anyone who likes challenges and mysteries this is the game for you.
Last March we got an opportunity to check out Adrift (on the big Theater Screen and the Oculus) During NYCC, we were invited back to see the New Build. The game still looks amazing and even better through the Oculus where you are completely amerced in the game.
Indivisible is a great action role-playing game, independently developed by Lab Zero Games and published by 505 Games. The games main character is Ajna and it tells the story of her global journey to discover the truth behind her mysterious powers. She joined on her journey by a few different and unique heroes (from what we saw from the demo, character could be added or changed) The game also features 2D hand drawn animation by Lab Zero artist. This game was awesome, The controls were easy to use and understand, The animation and movement was smooth. The Sub-bosses and Stage Boss were really challenging. We can't wait to see the finished game to get the full experience. Check out Lab Zero's Indiegogo page: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/indivisible-a-2d-rpg-for-ps4-xb1-win-mac-linux#/
Download the free playable prototype right now for PC/Linux/Mac: http://www.indivisiblegame.com/?page=3 Contribute to the Indiegogo campaign here: http://igg.me/at/indivisiblerpg Indivisible is a new RPG/platformer IP, starring Ajna (AHZH-na), a girl who sets out on a globe-spanning journey to discover the truth behind her mysterious powers.
How To Survive 2 a survival Horror game takes place in the French Quarters of New Orleans. This new title offers more advanced graphics, hundreds of objects to craft. The game will include co-op of up to 4 players simultaneously, while 16 players in total can join your camp. The Demo we played was pretty good but a little tough with the controls. This was not the finished games, but still fun to play.
Overall we had a great time playing the games and look forward to the next preview event. check out our in depth game review of indivisible and The Guest in our games to watch article. Thanks to 505 Games for a great event.

I had the honor and pleasure to interview a woman I've been a fan of since I was little. I watched her as Dottie in Pee Wee's Big Adventure and became hooked with her performances as Tommy Pickels and Buttercup. I had the pleasure of chatting with no other than E.G. Daily. We talk about music, voice acting, her funny blooper on stage and many more.

Hey O&G fans, the rumor mill is a buzz that Marvel will get the Fantastic 4 back in exchange for giving fox two X-Men series (and Characters) TV rights that were announced yesterday.
Den of Geek does caution that they don’t have independent verification of what their source told them, but it’s hard to discount the possibility. Marvel’s through-2020 slate does have three untitled movies on their schedule, and one is supposedly Fantastic Four. The source says that the rights reverting back to Marvel include ancillary characters such as Doctor Doom, Galactus and the Silver Surfer.
Interestingly, the deals for Legion and Hellfire were announced as a partnership between 20th Century Fox and Marvel Television, as opposed to Marvel Studios. The Kevin Feige-controlled Marvel Studios reportedly recently left the control of the larger Marvel Entertainment unbrella, which still includes Marvel Television.
Until someone from Fox or Marvel comes forward to confirm this story, all we can do is wait and see what happens.

Hey O&G Fans, New York Comic Con 2015 had some great panels this year. One of the most anticipated panels was Ash vs Evil Dead. Kevin Smith moderated the panel and kept the crowd entertained till the show stopper himself Bruce Campbell was ready.
Bruce Campbell came out to thunderous applauds and started to tell the fans a Joke when Sam Raimi interrupted him to give the fans what they want. Attendees were surprised with a premiere of the first episode of Ash vs Evil Dead. The episode was fantastic! Fans of the Evil Dead series will love the nods to past events and moments, as Ash (Campbell) returns, older, but hardly wiser. His age is not only acknowledged but a big source of humor, as he’s not quite as fit as he once was.
The episode also had all the blood and gore. In classic Evil Dead style, there’s all sorts of body parts being torn off and apart and blood splattering in the faces of various characters. During the Q&A the question was asked whether the show would return to the iconic cabin from the films. Said Campbell, “We can’t answer that question.” Smith retorted with, “That’s a yes, isn’t it?” to which Campbell had to admit, it probably was. Fans asked what else could they expect in future episodes and if it would get even more gory, show runner DiGregorio said “There’s a really good deli slicer scene.”
The Panel was awesome and great for the fans of the franchise. Ash vs Evil Dead will air October 31st 2015 on Starz. Just what fans needed on Halloween.
