Meet Monica Velour Trailer

In this irreverent comedy, awkward teenager Tobe (Dustin Ingram) sets off on a road trip to meet Monica Velour (Kim Cattrall), his favorite '80s porn star, at a rare live appearance hundreds of miles away. Instead of the glamorous sexpot portrayed on film, he finds a 49-year-old single mom living in a trailer in rural Indiana, performing at seedy strip clubs to make ends meet. A starry-eyed Tobe, still captivated by his crush, befriends Monica, further complicating her difficult life. Kim Cattrall gives a career-defining performance in this offbeat love story that appeals to the dreamer -- and the nerd -- in all of us.

Mortal Kombat Demo Impressions

Mortal Kombat demo was released for all PSN owners on Tuesday. If there is any concern whether Mortal Kombat will fail. Allow me to say that so far that this new game is back to basic. The demo allows you to play with four characters which consist of, Johnny Cage, Sub Zero, Scorpion and Mileena. The game plays like the old school Mortal Kombat games. A fighting game with the side scrolling appeal to it. The combos and fatalities are easier to perform. This is actually a welcome for people who never played the series. Fatalities are three arrow buttons and one button. Gone are the long combinations. This might upset some gamers, but I love it. Another great tactic added to the game is the X-Ray feature. When your fighting gauge is filled, press the shoulder buttons to unless a deadly attack, that is worthy of being the new Brutality. All I will say is Johnny Cage X-Ray attack is the most disrespectful to any man lol. The graphics are wonderful. The detail is environments are nice and we have stages from the good old 16 bit days. So far, so good. Mortal Kombat will be released April 19th 2011.

The new Silent Hill is on the way and here is the synopsis and first two images from the film. The first film wasn't bad and I'm looking for the direction this film will bring.

Synopsis - Heather Mason and her father have been on the run, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesn't fully understand, Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by horrific nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she's not who she thinks she is. The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her forever.

Justin Fails At Arcade Games

I went to Dave & Busters to celebrate my friends 25th birthday (Happy Birthday O). I knew I will be a true gamer and not leave without playing some Arcade games. I failed miserably at Football and playing Mech Warrior the machine decided to not work. Watch me fail and enjoy the laughs as you hear my friends broadcast as I play. For the record I'am very good in the Mech/Flight Simulator Genre. FYI yes I'am wearing the Otakus & Geeks Hoodie and Hat.

X Japan's Yoshiki: Asia Girls Explosion

X Japan's Yoshiki, the musician/designer hosted "Asia Girls Explosion" on Sunday, March 6, the event was an east meets west in terms of fashion and music. The event took place at Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo. Rockstar Marilyn Manson was there and he walked the runway.

"When we came up with the concept for AGE, the first person I thought of was
Marilyn Manson," said Yoshiki. "He is the fashion icon in rock'n'roll, and
I'm very excited he agreed to be part of the show."

Also in attendance was celebrities Shenae Grimes. Also Jessica Stroup and AnnaLynne McCord from the TV series "90210,"

"Asia Girls Explosion" also unveiled Yoshiki's own fashion line,
"Yoshikimono," that paid tribute to his parents who ran a Kimono shop when
he was growing up. "It is a tradition in Japan that the eldest male takes
on the family business," Yoshiki explained. "But I rebelled and got into
rock'nroll. With the Yoshikimono line, I feel I'm keeping my parents' dream
alive."

Yoshiki's band, X Japan, one of the biggest rock bands in Japanese history,
is currently recording what will be their first-ever album to be released in
North America. The album's first single, "Jade," will premiere on March 15,
and the album will be out later this year.

Stupid Zombies Review

I downloaded "Stupid Zombies" for my Samsung Epic 4G this week. The cellphone game is made by GameResort. Is this free download worth checking out? Or should you let the zombies roam free?

Story - There is no story to this game. However I will repeat what the tagline says, "One man, one shotgun and lots of stupid zombies."

Gameplay - The gameplay is very simple and very addictive. Players are given 5 bullets to take out a bunch of stupid zombies. The less bullets you use, the higher your score. Don't think that it's just a point and shoot game. This game takes strategy to kill these stupid zombies. You have over 240 levels with various stages. Each stage is more challenging and complex than the next. Their will be levels where you have to waste a bullet to open up a section to kill the zombies. However if you think carefully you can still kill all the zombies with one bullet. The game is simple and has enough levels to keep you entertain while you are on the road.

Gameplay Video

Graphics - The art style is very cool. The zombies are all the same, but that is just being picky. The explosion works well and I had no lag issues whatsoever. Each stage has a different background so you are playing the same location each stage. Overall the graphics are simple and sometimes simple is good.

Sound - There isn't much going on in the sound department. The game has little, to no background music. Most of the sound you will hear will be the shots, the zombies and the explosions. A little more music would've been welcomed.

Replay Value - There are tons of levels and stages. Stupid Zombies will keep you busy, if you're a perfectionist you will want a high score on every level.

Final Grade B-/8.0 - Stupid Zombies is fun and gets challenging. It's a great game to kill time with. Zombie lovers should check this out. The gameplay and graphics are simple, but the lack of music kind of takes away from the game. Overall it's free so why not give this a download.
